For me this food, and especially the Gnocco fritto just with ham coppa and Salami... There is no way to became veteran or vegan for me... ;-)
When the people saw me with my camera (the little Lumix G6 with my 1.4/12mm lens they invited me to their cellar as well. The evening ended with some blueberry brandy...
